stimulation,\u7c21\u7a31DBS)\u6cbb\u7642\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c5\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u7d66\u4ed8\uff0c\u66ff\u75c5\u53cb\u7bc0\u7701\u7684\u8fd150\u9918\u842c\u5143\uff0c\u8a72\u6cbb\u7642\u662f\u5229\u7528\u7cbe\u5bc6\u523a\u6fc0\u5668\u63a7\u5236\u5fae\u91cf\u96fb\u6d41\u523a\u6fc0\u8166\u90e8\u795e\u7d93\u8ff4\u8def\u4f86\u8abf\u7bc0\u795e\u7d93\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u75c5\u53cb\u6539\u5584\u52d5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u6062\u5fa9\u5176\u884c\u52d5\u529b; #000000;\">DBS\u5c6c\u65bc\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u795e\u7d93\u5916\u79d1\u4e2d\u795e\u7d93\u8abf\u63a7(Neuromodulation)\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u6b64\u9818\u57df\u5728\u8166\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u767c\u5c55\u591a\u5143\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u8f03\u5ee3\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c5(STN stimulation)\u3001\u5931\u80fd\u6027\u986b\u6296 (Vim stimulation) \u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u5916\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u885b\u798f\u90e8\u4e5f\u5728\u8fd1\u5e74\u9678\u7e8c\u6838\u51c6\u4e86\u5305\u62ec\u6162\u6027\u3001\u9811\u56fa\u6027(\u542b\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u3001\u7bc0\u6bb5\u6027\u3001\u504f\u8eab\u2026\u7b49)\u808c\u5f35\u529b\u4e0d\u5168dystonia(Gpistimulation)\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u7121\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u4e4b\u7672\u7647(ATN stimulation)\u2026\u7b49\u9069\u61c9\u75c7\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4ee5DBS\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u7121\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u4e4b\u7672\u7647\u66f4\u662f\u7e7c\u6b50\u76df\u3001\u6fb3\u6d32\u7b49\u5148\u9032\u570b\u5bb6\u5f8c\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e94\u500b\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u795e\u7d93\u5916\u79d1\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u7d55\u5c0d\u662f\u5177\u6709\u570b\u969b\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002\u7531\u65bcDBS\u624b\u8853\u9700\u8981\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u9451\u5225\u548c\u6975\u70ba\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u8166\u90e8\u624b\u8853\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u672c\u9662\u7279\u5225\u7d44\u6210\u8de8\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u795e\u7d93\u5916\u79d1\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u5167\u79d1\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u91ab\u5b78\u548c\u9ebb\u9189\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\u7fa4\uff0c\u70ba\u9700\u8981\u5354\u52a9\u7684\u75c5\u53cb\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u9ad8\u6c34\u6e96\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u53c8\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<\/span><br
