\/>\n<strong>\u6709\u9451\u65bc\u5168\u7403\u6c23\u5019\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u8981\u6c42\u65e5\u8da8\u56b4\u683c\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u6d77\u4e8b\u7d44\u7e54(IMO) \u65bc\u6d77\u6d0b\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08MEPC\uff09\u6703\u8b70\u4e2d\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u8239\u8236\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u8a02\u5b9a\u76ee\u6a19\u8207\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u91dd\u5c0d\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u8a02\u5b9a2050\u5e74\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba\u6de8\u96f6\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u65bc2030\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc2008\u5e74\u57fa\u671f\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u6e1b\u5c1140%\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u4eca\u5e74\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u4e3b\u984c\u8457\u773c\u5728\u822a\u904b\u754c\u6240\u8981\u9762\u5c0d\u95dc\u65bc\u66ff\u4ee3\u71c3\u6599\u53ca\u8907\u5408\u5f0f\u52d5\u529b\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/strong><br technology)\u8207\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5168\u8239\u5916\u5f62\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u6280\u8853\u8207\u5de5\u85dd\u80fd\u529b\u81f3\u4eca\u7d2f\u7a4d\u51fa\u8c50\u78a9\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u5728\u6bcf\u5c46DNV\u5e74\u6703\u4e2d\u767c\u8868\u3002<\/strong><br
